I was inspired to do this early in the morning as I drove to work, an eagle was flying low over the desert swooping down on some prey. I created the vegetation and landscape in VUE 6.5, then animated a camera and re-lit the environment in Max. Rendered it back out of Mental Ray. Took about 3 hrs go to stop.
